WE LOVE IMPI!!!!
We are loving this months attention given to Trail Runs, it seriously is the best way to have fun, get outside, challenge yourself and get fit....but its dirty, and we think that's the best part.
So this week we look at IMPI CHALLENGE, man its awesome.
The IMPI Challenge combines trail running with an adventure style obstacle course, its the biggest social event, minus the disco lights and add the mud.
Its challenging, if you want it to be as there are various options from fun-runners to elite athletes, but its not about the race, its about the challenge, you just need to finish, that's all.
Its colourful, anybody can do it, and so can the whole family, its an awesome day out.
The next challenge in JHB is on SEPTEMBER 27th, 2014.
