In MEDIA & GASTRONOMY this month we are focusing on both, Media & Gastronomy, with ON-LINE SHOPPING & SUPPLEMENTS. Supplements for varying reasons falls under Gastronomy, mostly however, because there are meal replacements and meal supplements. In this months MEDIA & GASTRONOMY, we decided that because supplements have become such a big player in our diets, we'd focus on where we can find these diet wonders, but through ONLINE SUPPLEMENT sourcing.
We have found 4 online suppliers who deliver, and we're giving them a run through to let you know why we think you should try them, and what sets them apart from other providers. Its a start, its our opinion, you need to make your own, but keep looking at the posts and what each has to offer, make your choice, and then go shopping.

1) They Sell Supplements, BUT, what we like is that they supply the imported brands, such as "Optimum Nutrition" and "Muscletech", as well as their own range. This is good, because they are not completely dissing other brands and saying that theirs is the only way forward.

There are SO many brands to choose from, and we found 3 that are doing well locally, and there are also locally produced, which is awesome. But for the last insert of Supplement Brands in MEDIA & GASTRONOMY, we thought we'd look at one of the best performers Internationally. 

We cant tell you which is the best, as there are too many, but we hope that our little blog reports might have helped. If you go online you'll find MANY other options. Soon we will help with sourcing those options with reports on where to find what. Until then, go to Dischem.

Under MEDIA & GASTRONOMY we are focusing on NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS, for exactly that reason, because they are supplements, and while there are many other reasons why you might choose any of the brands that we are looking at, all good ones, our reason is to supplement your diet with healthy choices.
