Meet....
This is organised, professional, and totally impressive. (We like.....ALOT)
One of Tamara Levinthal's most challenging and rewarding experiences was being the trainer of South Africa's Biggest Loser in 2008. (a reality T.V show about getting larger, or severely overweight persons to lose as much weight as possible ad be a healthier slimmer version of themselves.)
She believes that nothing is impossible trough dedication and hard work, and can use her expertise to make our fitness/ wellness goals and dreams a reality.
She relocated to he hometown of P.E after 16 years of absence, studying and training in Cape Town & East London. She has a wealth of experience in the personal training field and has helped many people people achieve their goals, enhance their lifestyle and motivate them to become healthier, fitter and more driven in life.
She has an awesome upmarket fully equipped studio, and dishes out Fun, Exciting and Non-Repetitive Programmes.
We think that if she was good-enough for the Biggest Loser AND a Saudi Prince, yes, a Saudi Prince, then she would be better then good enough for you.

Look...how fun...

ReplyDeleteThere seems to be a link directly between the severity of the depression and the amount of functionality that the patient loses. When a lengthy treatment period lies ahead is quite easy to become depressed because there is no guarantee that the victim will completely reclaim their functionality. Depending on the severity and the location of the stroke, behavioural and personality changes may be a possibility. These changes can hinder recovery. dominos diabetic options
