SIR STAN'S ATHLETICS - MABONENG PRECINCT, Johannesburg. (BOXING STUDIOS)

We are back to the MABONENG PRECINCT, for our last instalment of BOXING STUDIOS in FITNESS TRAINING & ACTIVITIES, well at least for now anyway. We love it here, its just so awesome, and when we found a BOXING STUDIO here, we were sold, AGAIN.

Meet the super awesome...
& Sir Stan himself... the Legend!

So what makes this place special, besides its location, is the atmosphere, its just awesome, and friendly.

Sir Stan's is a professional boxing and fitness studio with world class trainers, who offer health conscious youngsters and adults alike a fit and healthy lifestyle Spencerian within an authentic and super friendly boxing environment. They exist to produce a family of health-conscious urban dwellers through group workouts, various gym memberships types, personal training and team building sessions.

Their gym facility includes Cardio Equipment, Weight Training and Functional Fitness Equipment.
The Group Workouts include Boxercise, which also includes cardio, core and strength work, as well as good old beating up the bag. They also offer Functional Fitness, which we all know by now is one of the best ways to train, it'll firm everything, eliminate fat, all the while optimising your fitness levels for day-to-day existence. (We also know that they host Yoga there, enquire about that. Its the perfect combination.)

The main man is awesome, STANLEY NDLOVU, started his boxing career in Venda, where he joined his first boxing club. And during the riot sin the 70's, he used boxing as a means to get the children off the streets. He is also the man responsible for the career start of Takalani Ndlovu, who is one of our greats, as well as Olympic contender Khotso Motau. Takalani won IBF & WBO titles with Sir Stan at his side.

We really encourage you to find out more about this spot, go to Maboneng and book a session, you wont regret it. Go to sirstansgym.co.za for more info.
