Dance is probably one of the best forms of all-round exercise....look it wont give you hulk proportions, but remember that that's not what its all about, its about just getting out there and engaging in solid heart racing exercise that is good for overall muscle strength, agility and fitness.....oh, and HAVING FUN!!!!
Having fun is far more important than building a hulky frame, one that you can do nothing with except lift a car in an emergency, which is never, right?! (And even then a ballet mistress under the right circumstances can life a car in an emergency, just saying...#)
So, look again, at FITNESS TRAINING & ACTIVITIES, and for this week, this months focus is LATIN & BALLROOM DANCE.
There is very little than can match the sex-appeal and sheer tenacity of the Argentine Tango...
or the Grace, Beauty and Charm of the Waltz....
Neither are easy, but both are fun to learn and incredibly good for everything wellness, its takes endurance, strength, grace, sex-appeal, agility, speed, timing, concentration, omg, so much, BUT THIS CAN ALL BE LEARNT, in time, you don't need to be a ballet dancer to do this, or even close, and what you don't have can be taught, but its SO much fun trying, and you either do it with your own partner, mate, spouse, friend, or you meet new people, either way its a win, and its addictive.
Look at these amazing professionals, remember though, everyone started at the bottom, but look at what you can do....
