So excited to find an opportunity to blog about this Capetownian Fitness Hot-Spot, as we (I) were there when they first launched. Its so amazing to see how they have clearly grown, and have already been featured in/on many magazines, radios & blog posts. So the extra attention may not have been necessary, but it seemed like fate when we hit the Google Search Engine for "1-on-1 Training Studios in the Western Cape", and this was a smack in the face option.

BODY BEAT STUDIO - Parkhurst, Gauteng (1-ON-1 TRAINING STUDIOS)

WE ARE BACK.....with a bang, and so much good stuff coming our/your way, but we wanna get right into it as we took a break for way too long. But for good reasons, just wait...

So our focus for FEBRUARY 2015 in FITNESS TRAINING & ACTIVITIES, is PRIVATE 1-ON-1 TRAINING STUDIOS, and man are there many, but how many are good, which get you results you really want?! 
We are happy to say, purely based on MANY phenomenal reports, that our first choice is that of an excellent facility in Parkhurst, Gauteng...BODY BEAT STUDIO.

What originally started out as a lifestyle blog back in 2011, has now become a fully fledged fitness facility boasting a multitude of Resistance & Cardiovascular Equipment.
