www.supplementfactory.co.za

In this months MEDIA & GASTRONOMY, we decided that because supplements have become such a big player in our diets, we'd focus on where we can find these diet wonders, but through ONLINE SUPPLEMENT sourcing.
We have found 4 online suppliers who deliver, and we're giving them a run through to let you know why we think you should try them, and what sets them apart from other providers. Its a start, its our opinion, you need to make your own, but keep looking at the posts and what each has to offer, make your choice, and then go shopping.

Meet...

Why we like the Supplement Factory has many answers,

1) They Sell Supplements, BUT, what we like is that they supply the imported brands, such as "Optimum Nutrition" and "Muscletech", as well as their own range. This is good, because they are not completely dissing other brands and saying that theirs is the only way forward.

2) You can shop by RANGE, with a separate section that has very clear guidelines to product types, including Amino Acids, Proteins, Carbohydrates, and each has a full Benefits, Nutritional Info, Suggested Use, as well as Ingredients Listings. (Look @ the range link)

3) We also like the fact that they have taken the selection process one step further and given us another way of making an informed decision and listed all products under GOALS. So if you are seeking supplements for "Boost your Energy", or "Recovery", you go to that link, but if you are seeking to "Lean Muscle", "Gain Muscle", "Healthy Living", "Power & Strength", then you click on those links and each link assists not only with product suggestions, but also gives you an intro into those goals, as well as helpful hints.

4) Lastly, AND WE LOVE THIS, is the SPORTS category, where they assist you and guide you, as above, with Body Building, Cycling, Cricket, Soccer, Running, Swimming...all the major sports. And I'm sure that whatever sport they haven't covered, that they will assist by comparison to other sports in terms of output and recovery. Its interesting, just read it.

They ALSO have concept stores in Broadacres, Durban North, Sea Point and Stellenbosch. So if online isn't your thing, go in store and speak to them. (Stores @ concept-stores
