LOVING THIS SECTION, so many awesome places to shop online for Wellness, Health & Fitness STUFF, but we never knew about this FANTASTIC SITE, with SO MUCH TO OFFER.

Now straight off the cuff, we went onto the main page's category list option, HEALTH AND PERSONAL CARE, and we found a few categories there we were impressed with, namely, DIET & NUTRITION, HEALTH MONITORS, PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDS and RELAXATION MACHINES. 

But then at the top of the page we noticed another category listing that gave us the additional relevant option of WELLNESS AND RELAXATION. 

There is quite a lot, so we had a good look-see and made up a list of products we thought we awesome and relevant. But go and check it out yourself and see what else is there, and if you don't find what you are looking for, type you desired find in the SEARCH ENGINE in the top right hand corner, its quite easy.

BID OR BUY - ONLINE SHOPPING & WELLNESS, HEALTH & FITNESS PROVISIONS

WOW, if you ever really researched ONLINE SHOPPING, you'd see we have MANY options locally, many that are generally geared towards everything and anything, and many that are target specific. But we didn't know where to go as we were looking for a general-everything-and-anything online store that had a really good Wellness, Health, Fitness &/or Lifestyle target sections or groupings. And even though we know exactly were to go for direct niche product online searching, we wanted to see what the PICK 'N PAY'S of ONLINE had for us in Wellness, we wanted to see where the public might land up if they searched a little, not really knowing what they were looking for. 
It wasn't as hard as we thought, but then we up't it a notch and decided to look at sites that had the best selections, most well-rounded, and as much of one-stop-wellness-shopping-on-line as possible. 

We were pleasantly surprised....meet our first candidate.....

Bid or Buy is SUCH an easy way to shop, it is so well categorized and very easy to find what you are looking for, but you will also find a few things you didn't realize you needed...yay.

Our main focus was initially to find TEN items that we thought rocked their Wellness, Lifestyle & Fitness provisions, but we got stuck and found MANY, too many to make any radical decisions, so we highlighted a few sections we think you should check out for yourself, and then decide. But at least know this is definitely a ONE-STOP-SHOP. (WE ARE HAPPY)
