Crossfit 360Vida workouts are scalable (the prescribed weight is changed to suit your level) and modifiable (the movement is changed to a progression) - anyone at any level of ability can do CrossFit.
Your coach will assist you with scaling to your level, or modifying the workout if need be. However, you will only advance in your training if you are committed to working through your progressions.
Doing workouts "as prescribed" (no scaling or modifying) is a privilege earned through commitment to working your weaknesses until they aren't!
Be Patient, Be Humble, Be Honest & then be Rewarded!
